Mark Foley
Co-President
Mark is a 4th year Economics & Accounting major with an embedded passion for commercial real estate. He is interested in CRE as it’s a way to not only build a robust career but also simultaneously giving back to the communities you serve. He currently serves as a general asset management intern for a local multifamily investment group, but has prior experience in affordable housing, public accounting, and AI automation.

Anna Oeser

Communications & Marketing Chair
Anna Oeser is a 3rd year Economics and Accounting major, with a certificate in Strategic Investments. Her interest in CRE stems from interning at Essex Property Trust on the Revenue Management team. Real Estate has always been something she has been passionate about and she plans to invest in CRE properties in the future. Currently, she is pursuing a career in Investment Banking and will be interning at Baird this summer.
Lindsey Jaelyn
Internal Affairs Chair
Lindsey is a 2nd year Economics & Communication major. She became interested in CRE at a young age. House Hunters planted the seed for her growing passion and now she loves everything that has to do with real estate.

Charlie Condon
Recruitment Chair
Charlie is a 4th year student majoring in Economics and Environmental studies. He loves to surf, play sports, and spend time with friends. He is interested in CRE because of the relationships that can be built, the analytics, and the entrepreneurial opportunities.

Mason Helkenberg
Co-President
Mason is a 4th-year Economics & Accounting major enrolled in the Technology Management Program at UC Santa Barbara. Since joining GREA his freshman year, he has been eager to deepen his understanding of the industry and pursue a career in the field. He will be interning in real estate-focused accounting this winter and brings leadership experience, entrepreneurial exposure, and a passion for building within the real estate community.

Samantha Hall
Operations Chair
Samantha is a 3rd year Economics and Accounting major and a student-athlete on the NCAA swim team at UCSB. Her involvement in GREA grew from a general interest in real estate and curiosity about REIT investments. Through GREA, she has strengthened her understanding of the asset class, gained greater confidence in her analytical abilities, and is now exploring career opportunities in commercial real estate.

Curren DeJonge
Director of Education
Curren DeJonge is a 4th year student studying Economics and Communications and is enrolled in the Technology Management Program at UC Santa Barbara. Curren is pursuing a career in commercial real estate in San Diego, starting a brokerage position after graduating from UCSB. Curren is interested in CRE because of its ability to impact his local community.

Amy Villamil
Student Delegate
Amy is a 2nd year Economics and Accounting major with a minor in German. Her interest in CRE arose from touring real estate properties with her dad on the weekends and was further deepened through her involvement in GREA. Over the summer, she interned at Rimrock Capital Management in Multifamily and will be interning with EY this upcoming summer. In the future, she plans to pursue a career in audit within the real estate industry.
