Mark Foley
Co-President
Mark is a 3rd year Economics & Accounting major with an embedded passion for commercial real estate. Serving as a president for the 2024-2025 school year, Mark is further involved as a co-founder, as well as secretary/treasurer, of YouthBridge Housing, a campus lobbying and outreach organization focused on promoting equitable housing development, specifically in Santa Barbara as well as across the state. After his internship with Nasif, Hicks, Harris & Co., Mark intends to pursue commercial real estate asset management post-graduation.

Anna Oeser

Communications & Marketing Chair
Anna Oeser is a 2nd year economics and accounting major. Her interest in CRE stems from learning from her father who works in Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop. This past summer she interned at Essex Property Trust on the Revenue Management team, which only further developed her interest in CRE. This experience also expanded her knowledge on the Multifamily industry.
Mason Helkenberg
Co-President
Mason is a 3rd year Economics major. His interest in CRE was sparked by GREA when he joined in his freshman year. Ever since he has been eager to continue learning about the space and all the it has to offer. He looks forward to nurturing a potential career in the space. Outside of his studies, Mason works as valet at the ritz Carlton and enjoys taking care of his plants and listening to music.

Yesenia Padilla
Operations Chair
Yesenia is a 4th year Economics and Accounting major with a minor in Spanish. Her interest in real estate developed from an early passion for architecture which segued into a focus on property development and financial analysis. She is looking forward to entering the commercial real estate field in San Francisco after graduation. Outside of her studies, Yesenia works as an Access Ambassador and Exam Proctor for the Disability Students Program on campus in addition to being the Director of Internal Affairs for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance club. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games and volunteering in her community.

Tucker Vorhees
Internal Affairs Chair
Tucker is a 4th year Economics major at UC Santa Barbara. Over the summer, he interned as an estimator and salesman at a waterproofing and restoration company in San Francisco. His interest in commercial real estate, particularly in development, stems from his father's background as a contractor and property manager. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, he enjoys biking, going to the gym, and being in nature.

Isaias Jimenez-Ramos
Recruitment Chair
Isaias is a third-year Economics and Accounting major at UCSB. His passion for commercial real estate (CRE) was sparked by joining the Gaucho Real Estate Association (GREA) last year. He aspires to work in fintech after graduation while building his own CRE portfolio as his career progresses.

Curren DeJonge
Treasurer
Curren DeJonge is a 3rd-year student studying Economics and Communications and is enrolled in the Technology Management Program at UC Santa Barbara. He is currently participating in UCSB’s New Venture Competition and working to develop improvements in transportation using AI and computer vision. Curren is very interested in combining AI and automation with the human element of real estate development concerning human traffic and the practical use of real estate. He wants to work in commercial development in coastal cities after college. Outside of his studies, Curren is the UCSB Surf Team President and Treasurer of Isla Vista Surfrider.
