The Gaucho Real Estate Association (GREA) was founded in 2022 to connect the UCSB undergraduate community with the commercial real estate (CRE) industry and develop a network of students passionate about developing their professional skills.

Our mission is to provide students with a means of developing marketable CRE skills such as an understanding of industry terminology, the ability to conduct property analyses using Microsoft Excel, and practice compiling investment memos/property reports.

Additionally, we aim to connect club members with professionals in the CRE industry through a series of speaker and network events that explore potential career paths and opportunities in the world of CRE.
